Section 01: Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. We currently don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or international addresses.

Section 02: Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Section 03: Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Large freight items such as riding mowers, zero turn mowers and playsets may be delivered by freight carrier, which can take a few extra days. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

Section 04: Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check our Order Status page.

Section 05: Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier, then contact us within 7 days.
