Keeping our customers’ data safe is a priority at Zonacus LLC. If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability on zonacus.com, please let us know.

Section 01: How to report

Email contact@zonacus.com with the subject “Security Report” and include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it and any relevant screenshots.

Section 02: Guidelines

• Do not access, modify or delete data that doesn’t belong to you.
• Do not run tests that could disrupt the website or our customers.
• Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it publicly.

We’ll acknowledge your report within 3 business days.

Section 03: Suspicious emails or calls

We will never ask for your password or full card number by email or phone. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Zonacus, please forward it to us.
