Refund and Returns Policy

Section 01: 90-day returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. We don’t charge restocking fees.

Section 02: Conditions

• Items must be unused, unassembled where possible, and in original packaging with all parts and manuals.
• Mowers must not have been fueled or operated.
• Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorization and instructions.

Section 03: Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Section 04: Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Section 05: Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order.
