Section 01: Manufacturer warranty

All products sold by Zonacus LLC are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product and are included in the product documentation.

Section 02: Warranty claims

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos. We’ll help you file the claim with the manufacturer or arrange replacement parts.

Section 03: Missing or damaged parts

If any parts are missing or damaged on arrival, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange replacements at no cost.

Section 04: What isn’t covered

Normal wear and tear, improper assembly, misuse, lack of maintenance and commercial use of residential products are generally not covered by manufacturer warranties.
